The UCDP mentorship is an advanced program developed for pre-professional dancers (adults 18+) that want to kickstart a career in commercial dance. With a limited number of spots available each season, UCDP is designed to provide personalized training by established professionals of the commercial dance industry, including one-on-one mentoring by program head Kayla Kalbfleisch. Designed to coexist with other work/school commitments, this is a weekend program based in the Los Angeles/Orange County area.
Tuition is $10,000, covering classes, seminars, workshops, and other materials for the full 8-month program. Upon graduation, the UCDP dancer will possess the necessary knowledge, tools, and training to embark on a future in commercial dance.

While we would love to enroll every applicant, UCDP is a personalized training program, for which only a limited number of spots are available. Prospective students must apply for enrollment. Thank you for understanding!
Application is done in two stages:
The Audition and the Callback. Please start by filling out the form below. If you are selected for a callback, you will be asked to submit a video of yourself dancing (in the style of your choice), and you will interview with our program head.
